We can’t offer a refund or exchange after 10 days from your purchase. The damaged items must be returned to The Tea Corner unopened, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Our products are carefully inspected by The Tea Corner before being delivered to a third party for shipping. The Tea Corner does not accept responsibility for damages that occur during shipping.
As our products are unique and selected for you to experience the wide variety of tea profiles, we understand that some
variants may not be to your taste. We encourage you to share these with friends and family to broaden their knowledge
of teas as well. We, unfortunately, can’t accept refunds for opened products due to food safety reasons.
